It sounds like you cranked the "burn spread chance" min/max to 100, based on your description. It was hopping across treeless areas on the tall grass. Just for kicks, I changed the sideways reach to 4 after that, and the whole area caught fire. You can make it spread faster by decreasing tick delay or increasing spread speed further. It went at a decent pace, not super fast. * Changed global tick delay randomization to 2 * Changed global spread speed multiplier to 10 I only lit one fire, and this is the result

In other words, mods must be directly downloaded via the Twitch modpack creator page rather than moved into the modpack's mod folder manually. Twitch says my modpack doesn't have the file even though it does. Perhaps there is an issue with something in your mod? Or you could contact CurseForge to get it worked out? This has only occurred with two mods for me so far.

Then when I tried to upload the exported zip file containing my modpack, it was denied for this reason: Any mods not on CurseForge must be put in the overrides folder, as I'm guessing you're aware.Īnyways, instead of putting your mod into the manifest file like it should (b/c it's hosted on CurseForge), it put it into the overrides folder. This includes an automatically generated manifest.json file with all CurseForge mods to include. I used the Twitch Launcher profile to create my modpack then used the Export option for it to automatically download the files I'd need to upload to CurseForge. Twitch Modpacks are having some issue with your mod.

I will be catching up on responding to some postings here and on curseforge / github and possibly release some final updates for some mods, after which I will officially drop all current projects.Īll source code for existing public projects will be available as open source on github for any developers interested in forking them or otherwise copying part or all of their code.Īlso, to anyone who has found Dynamic Stealth interesting and/or enjoys stealth games like I do, I do plan on creating one or more games with stealth systems eventually, though I don't know if the first full game I release will have stealth or not (I may do some simpler projects first). I've decided it's time to stop modding and start working on a game project I can sell. Said server is closing soon and its team is moving to a project outside of MC entirely. General announcement: I've been focused on my work for a specific MC server (and have not been doing mod work outside of it) for a while. Yes, you can use it in your modpack if you want (MIT license).Ī list of my curseforge mods can be found here You can even change the base fire stats of specific blocks (on version 1.12.2.007 or higher). The configuration has a LOT of settings you can change. No Fire Spread has no configuration file and only emulates one alternate fire behavior, whereas Controlled Burn gives a much wider range of options. This mod is the successor to my more basic mod having to do with fire, "No Fire Spread". When updating to some versions from lower versions, you should delete or move your old config file! Details: Uses vanilla settings by default, so see the config file (after running the game once with the mod installed).
